I’m Wayne, and I am a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist based in North Waltham, Hampshire.
I specialise in working with the over 40’s.
I believe it’s never too late in life to get fit, healthy and strong. I also believe you really don’t need to be miserable getting there. The “everything in moderation approach” has worked for me and hundreds of others. You can read my own “fat to fit” story HERE if you like!

Since starting my training with Wayne I have seen steady improvement in my overall fitness and strength. This measured approach is very reassuring for a middle aged body (50) that was unfit when we first met.
Wayne takes great care to understand exactly what I want out of training, and always challenges me. I have definitely seen improvements in my fitness and stamina since I started with him, AND it is great fun!
Wayne has really helped me with tracking my nutrition. He has kept me accountable, and helped me tweak my meals to achieve results. This has made me more mindful in my food choices. If I do decide to treat myself, and I now feel I can do it without feeling huge guilt. Working with Wayne has changed my mindset. I was overcoming operations and injuries, and lost weight and inches in the process. He really kept me motivated, and we had a laugh too!!
