NEW YEAR, NEW START

WHAT IS IT?

A 12 MONTH PROGRAM FOR LASTING AND SUSTAINABLE WELLNESS. 

Jumping into crazy diets and heavy fitness programs at the start of January , rarely ends well. In fact it normally ends quite abruptly in February! And that familiar feeling of failure creeps in.

Sometimes you go ALL IN, and initially you may get the results you want. But as soon as you start eating “normally” again, things slowly go back to how they used to be.

The thing is, especially when you get a little older , you don’t really want to starve yourself, or exercise to a point where you lay in a sweaty heap on the floor. It’s just all a little bit much.

You like food and enjoy eating, but you DO want to he healthier.

You don’t mind moving, but you dont necessarily love the gym environment.

THERE IS ANOTHER WAY.

We believe that most people KNOW what they need to do. But actually doing it is another thing altogether. Change does not come easy, and naturally we resist change.

We both have our own stories. We both got fit and lost weight later in life –  and you can read all about it HERE. After some ups and downs, we have maintained this for several years. It’s about mindset, being supported and staying accountable.  Building a healthy relationship with your body, and yourself.

WE WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY WITHOUT EXCESSIVE CALORIE CUTTING, CRAZY EXERCISE PROGRAMS OR CUTTING OUT FOOD GROUPS.

It’s just not necessary. But the Lifetime Method is  NOT a quick fix. It’s about learning new habits, consistency and patience.

Educating yourself about food choices, and having a supportive community to lift you up when things get hard.

We all have different goals – you may want to loose some weight, you may want to improve your health or perhaps you want to get a little stronger so you can enjoy your favorite sport. And that’s ok.  We don’t all want to walk around looking ripped – but we all DO want to feel good inside, and know that we are looking after our body in a way that it deserves.
